Cottage Cheese Jello Salad

Found In:

Mix; 1 pkg lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup hot water

1 cup crushed pineapple (do not drain juice)

When slightly set add;

1/2 pint whipped cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese

Dressing;

juice and rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 t. butter

Boil until it thickens.
